Why we started SmeltIQ
Special steel manufacturing is a balancing act. Every decision touches quality, yield, energy, productivity, cost and process stability at once — and most of those decisions are still made from historical data, operator experience, standard recipes and what someone can see right now.
The data to do better already exists in the plant. What was missing was a product that turns it into a timely, governed decision — one operators accept and leadership can audit. That is what we build.
